Getting To Know Trey

Trey is in his second stint at the Grove having previously appeared in a few pre-season friendlies and the Advertiser Trophy against Dorking Wanderers in July 2021. He returned at the start of this season and is now an integral part of the squad.
Graham Mitchell recently caught up with Trey to talk about his time at Fetcham Grove,

Can you provide a brief summary of your football career to date?I was at Palace as a schoolboy and then spent a year with Kinetic Academy. I went on to play u18s for Dartford (no appearances in the first team) then started men’s football at CrowboroughAthletic. From there I went to Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Carshalton Athletic and then toMerstham and now I’m here!
How are you enjoying life at the Grove?I’m loving life at Leatherhead right now, We’ve made our targets at the beginning of the seasonand we are hitting most of them.
Growing up, which players or sports people generally did you take inspiration from?Growing up I took inspiration from Ronaldinho and then the greatest of all time Messi.
What other sports do you think you are good at?
Table Tennis!
You’re hosting a dinner party this weekend. Which three celebrities are invited?Ronaldinho, Messi, Undertaker
Do you have any pre match rituals or superstitions?I just pray 
Do you have a nickname?I have no nickname
What is your Karoake song of choice?Urmm Sweet Caroline 
In your dreams, which team would you play for?
In my dreams I’ll play for Barcelona in 2010 or Man City now, between them two.
What’s your favourite app on your phone?Favourite App in my phone is probably Twitter
