The club would like to give a special thank you to Jordan Gallagher who will be leaving the club. After initially joining on dual registration from Chertsey Town, Jordy opted to make the move permanent going on to make thirty five appearances this season. He found the net on ten occasions this season including crucial goals in the trophy against Ramsgate, Hampton and Richmond Borough and Horsham. Jordan spent time within the Leatherhead academy and grew up around the local area. Jordan first wore the green shirt over eleven years ago making his debut in February 2015.
On Jordan’s departure, Ian Selley commented “A very tough one as he’s bought into what we’ve wanted in the season just gone. Fantastic lad, one of the best I’ve worked with in terms of personality and a real honest guy. We just couldn’t guarantee him game time. We wish him all the best moving forward and he’ll definitely be missed. Great lad and he had a big contribution to us getting promoted”
