Kevin Brittin – Rip

Leatherhead Football Club are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of former player Kevin Brittin
Kevin was a winger who signed for Leatherhead from Addlestone in the summer of 1962.
He made an immediate impact, scoring twice on his debut against Slough in August and was an integral part of the team that won the Athenian League Division One title in 1963/64, contributing 25 goals in just 36 appearances.
He moved back to Addlestone in 1966 but returned to Fetcham Grove in time to help Tanners lift their one and only Surrey Senior Cup in 1969. In all he scored an impressive tally of 92 goals in 186 appearances for the Tanners.
Our thoughts and condolences go out to Kevin’s family and friends at this difficult time.
