Leatherhead Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Ollie Cook from Carshalton Athletic.
The former Southampton defender reunites with Hayden, having enjoyed success together at both Merstham and Kingstonian.
“I’m delighted Ollie has joined us” said Hayden. “He will be a very important player here. Ollie is a central defender who, like Fikayo, loves defending. He is excellent aerially, comfortable on the ball and is a natural leader. Both his quality as a player and his experience of playing in big games will help us.”
“I’m delighted to be joining the Gaffer and being back with the boys!” smiled the new signing. “Leatherhead is a big club with a great fan base. I’m here to help the team achieve what everyone wants – Promotion! With Kenny, Serine, Jerry, Dan, Omarr and one or two others who I know are on the way, I think the team will hopefully achieve our targets!”
